The Villa

Just as unique as the surrounding landscape is the luxury residence „Villa Lantana con Trullo e Piscina“.

It was designed by a renowned designer from Milan/Merano, who has perfectly combined „old and new“ to one of the sought-after places in Puglia.

A new main house, called „The Villa“, light and bright, built in 2019, rises embedded in the lawn 40 m in distance from the former „Saracen Trulli“. It is stylishly designed in keeping with the local architectural style and offers on 120 sqm 2 double  bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms, suitable for 4 guests.

From the entrance you reach a large lounge area with a fully equipped open floorplan kitchen, dining bar but also a large dining table for 8 people. A large veranda with sliding glass doors invites with a spacious seating area,  an open fireplace and fantastic views to the Saracen Trulli, our romantic guesthouse, to 1.000 sqm of manicured lawn and to various covered seating areas and gazebos.

The main house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with all technical and sustainable  refinements. The access is suitable for disabled guests with mobility restrictions. There are no stairs at all.
