After approval by the owner, areservation is only valid and binding with the conclusion of a rental
contract and a receipt of a deposit of 50%. The balance is due 61 days before arrival. All payments by bank transfer only
The renting period starts on July 22 and ends on September 9.
The weekly rate is 7.000 € and includes everything:
final cleaning, towels and linens, tax, free Wilan, consumption of electrical power, water and gas, and
last but not least: maid´s service twice a week for 3 hrs. Additional services upon request will be charged.
Cancellations within 61 days prior to guest´s arrival
are free of any charge. All payments will be refunded. Shorter cancellation periods (60 days and less)
require full payment,100% of weekly rate. The conclusion of a travel
insurance is recommended.
